Managing these activities efficiently while providing customers with convenient access to online payments and renewals was a key challenge. The business also required better reporting capabilities to monitor sales and subscriptions while supporting its expansion into new markets.

We developed the JPR Franchise Admin App, a user-friendly platform designed to simplify cable network management and daily operations. The app integrates customer management, subscription renewals, secure online payments, wallet functionality, and complaint tracking into one system. We also implemented detailed reporting and notification features, enabling operators to monitor business performance, improve customer service, and efficiently manage their growing network.
