Trupti Tech wanted to transition its traditional offline food ordering business into a digital platform while providing existing customers with a seamless and convenient ordering experience. The business also aimed to reach new customers beyond Mumbai and expand its operations across other cities in India. The key challenge was to simplify menu browsing, order placement, delivery and pickup management, and online payments through an accessible mobile solution.
We developed FoodNet, a user-friendly mobile application available on both iOS and Android, enabling customers to browse food menus and place orders effortlessly. We integrated home delivery and pickup options to provide greater ordering flexibility, along with the Razorpay payment gateway for secure online transactions. The platform helped Trupti Tech bring its offline customer base online, streamline the ordering process, and create opportunities to expand its customer reach beyond Mumbai.
