Aurochemicals wanted to streamline its employee training process, particularly for specialised areas such as fragrance generation techniques. Traditional training methods made it difficult to organise learning materials, track employee progress, and evaluate knowledge consistently. The company needed a centralised platform where employees could access training resources, complete assignments, take mock tests, and receive feedback through a structured approval process. Ensuring better coordination between employees, managers, and administrators was also essential.

We developed the Aurochemicals Online Portal, a comprehensive employee learning and training platform that brings training materials, assignments, assessments, and certification into one system. The portal enables administrators to upload learning resources, create assignments, and manage mock tests, while managers can review submissions, approve assignments, and release results. We also implemented automated email notifications, employee progress tracking, user management, and a certification system that awards certificates to employees upon successfully passing their assessments.
